Dear Mr.
Samuels,
When you signed your EZ Storage
rental contract, you agreed to pay $45 rent on the 1st of each month until such
time as you were ready to vacate the storage unit. We do offer our renters some
grace in regard to late payment. However, the contract stipulates that should
you fail to make payment for more than three consecutive months without
alternate arrangement, we have legal right to cut the lock on your unit and
clear its contents.
This is the third letter of warning we have sent to
you regarding non-payment of monthly rent for your EZ Storage unit. You have
failed to respond to our attempts to reach you. We strongly advise you to
contact our office by July
8th in order to avoid further action and the
loss of your
property.
