Dear Mr. Samuels, When you signed your EZ Storage rental contract, you agreed to pay $45 rent on the 1st of each month until such time as you were ready to vacate the storage unit. We do offer our renters some grace in regard to late payment. However, the contract stipulates that should you fail to make payment for more than three consecutive months without alternate arrangement, we have legal right to cut the lock on your unit and clear its contents. |
